Cabbage Soup

Lose five to seven pounds in a week. With the diet of cabbage can wear a slim figure in a few days, just follow it verbatim.

When you start the diet you should take plenty of water, you can take as much soup as you want and you can flavor your foods with soy sauce or English, herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, tomato sauce, mustard or vinegar.

Ingredients:

- 1 small cabbage, chopped or grated
- 2 large onions chopped
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes (you can peel them at home if you want)
- 2 green peppers
- 4 stalks celery
- Beef or chicken broth, enough to prepare a big pot of soup
- Black pepper
- Chopped fresh herbs
- 6 carrots, sliced
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar

Preparation of cabbage soup

Put all vegetables in a large pot with broth and cúbrelos. Take them to a boil, let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Cover the pot, and waits until all vegetables are soft. Add pepper and fresh herbs.

Diet cabbage soup
Following is a list of foods you can eat with the soup, which should take at least one cup a day.

Day 1: Any fruit.
Day 2: any vegetable, raw or cooked. You can even eat potatoes with
butter.
Day 3: Fruit and vegetables, potato or less all Cambur.
Day 4: Bananas and skim milk. You can eat up to 8 if you want, and as many glasses of milk.
- Day 5: Beef, chicken without skin and / or fish. You can also accompany with 6 tomatoes.
- Day 6: equal to 5 days, add vegetables.
- Day 7: Brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juice.
