Day one
* Breakfast: A glass of milk with banana, sweetened with honey. Two integral water crackers.

* Breakfast: plain yogurt or a diet, a toasted whole wheat bread with honey and rosehip tea.
* Lunch: Salpicon vegetables (cabbage, red and green peppers, green olives, mixed with ricotta). Two boiled eggs with onion tortilla. Torreja a melon. Water mint.
* Eleven: A glass of milk semi, a torreja whole wheat bread with honey.
* Dinner: Fish casserole with the tomato salad with green pepper and ricotta. For dessert, diet jelly and stuffed pear cubes. Water boldo.
Day Three
* Breakfast: A glass of skim milk, two integral crackers with honey.
* Lunch: Salad of cauliflower and tomato. Strogonoff meat with soy and brown rice. Tutti Frutti with honey.
* Eleven: A plain yogurt and two toasted whole wheat bread with fresh cheese torrejitas two.
* Dinner: green salad with chopped onions. Baked fish with brown rice. A banana with honey and water plantain.
Day four
* Breakfast: A glass of orange juice, a whole wheat bread torreja with ricotta, one egg to the cup.
* Lunch: grilled chicken, salad of celery, avocado and Italian squash. Jalea diet with bits of orange. Rosehip tea.
* Eleven: A glass of natural fruit juice and two crackers with cheese integral.
* Food: Potatoes landings with soy meat and beet salad. Assorted fruit salad, mixed with plain yogurt and honey.
Day five
* Breakfast: A glass of orange juice, served with two torrejas whole wheat bread with cheese.
* Lunch: fish to the pan with cold bean salad with chopped onions and tomatoes stuffed with fresh cheese. Banana with honey. Water mint.
* Eleven: A glass of milk sweetened with honey, banana, two crackers and cheese integral.
Dinner: spinach salad mixed with chives. Integrals noodles with sauce to meat Bolognesa soy. A canapé of gingerbread with a piece of tuna. Chopped apple with honey palm. Water boldo.
